Dr. Nancy has two offices. The Eye Site is located in the Harlem/Irving Plaza at Harlem and Foster Avenue in Chicago, almost in Harwood Heights. Dr. Nancy sees patients at The Eye Site on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings. Call 773-763-5200 for an appointment.

Eyes Rite LTD is located a block west of Oak Park Avenue on Garfield, just south of the Eisenhower Expressway in Oak Park. Dr. Nancy sees patients at Eyes Rite LTD on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturday afternoons. Call 708-386-1554 for an appointment.

Both offices are open from Tuesday through Saturday, so you can still order glasses and contacts, get repairs, or pick up an order -- check our times for each office or call. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays at both locations. Both locations are listed below (in ridiculously tiny type, sorry -- can't seem to fix that).
